Job Summary
Own and improve the quality, reliability, and coverage of in-app communication channels, including voice calls and messaging, while defining strategies that balance user experience with risk prevention. Drive the UX/UI strategy for calls and messaging to simplify flows and create intuitive, safe experiences. Define product hypotheses, design high-frequency A/B tests, and conduct deep analysis of user behavior using AI/LLM tools to accelerate research. Scale communication safety solutions globally across different regions and product verticals while adapting to local challenges. Build and drive a cross-functional product roadmap, aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Product Management
- Proven experience in Product Management
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+)
Desired Qualifications
- ideally within high-volume Marketplaces, Ride-hailing, Social, Communication, FinTech or E-commerce products
- Experience in relevant domains such as content moderation, abuse prevention, fraud, scams, user protection, risk management or platform safety
- Strong UX/UI Instincts
