Job Summary
Senior Product Manager II to lead Nielsen Ad Intelligence applications; own end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to deliver cutting-edge ad intelligence solutions. Drive innovation in ad intelligence, define and track KPIs, oversee budget-conscious launches, and guide cross-functional teams through agile development while communicating initiatives to stakeholders and customers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management with deep technical knowledge of the advertising stack and direct experience building linear, digital, ad intelligence, cross-platform planning & measurement, DSPs, SSPs, Ad servers, Data-Driven Planning, Activation, Programmatic Buying and Measurement solutions in CTV/OTT environments
- Experience with media sellers, planners, cross-media planners and measurement solutions
- Experience with ad intelligence, cross-channel measurement and planning systems across TV, CTV/OTT, and digital platforms
- Experience with media measurement of international markets desired
- Experience with machine learning applications in ad tech, specifically for data-driven, audience-based planning, targeting and activation
- In-depth industry knowledge and experience with digital advertising standards and protocols, particularly in CTV and OTT, and familiarity with industry standards
- Experience building 0-to-1 products, leading client discovery, executing test and learn research and adjusting product build direction due to changes in priorities and new information
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and managing complex portfolios
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
