Job Summary
Lead the comprehensive vision and end-to-end execution of the Risk Platform, crafting strategy and coordinating delivery for our scalable, AI-powered Risk Decision and Insights platform. Develop an iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports Risk business needs while obsessing over customer experience and quality. Act as the voice of the platform to collect requirements, drive adoption, and evangelize capabilities across the company. Collaborate with senior leaders to align platform goals with broader Risk management functions. This role focuses on building solutions using Gen AI technologies to address evolving risk trends within eBay's global marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of Product Management experience
- expertise in one or more of following areas - Risk, Payments or e-Commerce
- 2+ years experience in core platform product management
- Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel
- ability to manage matrixed teams in a global context
- Proven ability and in-market examples of defining a strategic vision for a new and innovative portfolio of products
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning through deployment
- experience leveraging test and validation frameworks throughout the product lifecycle
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Decision Platforms for Fraud Detection/Risk Management
- Building Machine Learning Infrastructure
- Strong, concise communicator and effective story-teller
