Job Summary
Lead customer-centric product strategy, roadmap and backlog for mobility-focused digital products at SIXT, owning features from ideation through design, specification, development, launch and post-release analysis. Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, data science, operations, and business stakeholders to define, build and launch products/features. Demonstrate ability to write crystal-clear product specs, optimize conversion funnels, and foster a culture of experimentation with rapid prototyping and A/B testing. Communicate product plans, benefits, KPIs and results to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Balance high-value solutions for users with implementation complexity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Engineering OR Master's degree in business
- 5-8 years of product management experience
- Experience with Mobile-app development
- Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, APIs)
- Ability to write product specs
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings
