Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive adoption and growth of the Smart Care portfolio. Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and lifecycle management for connected healthcare solutions while identifying emerging customer needs and market trends. Partner with Commercial, Medical, Engineering, Clinical, and Product Development teams to bring new products and features to market. Analyze market intelligence, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to influence portfolio decisions and establish pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies. Build relationships with healthcare leaders, industry organizations, and key opinion leaders to support market development. Manage project priorities, timelines, and business forecasts to ensure successful product performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of experience in product strategy or go-to-market initiatives for technology-enabled products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience
- Experience developing product strategy, commercialization plans, or go-to-market initiatives for technology-enabled products or services
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Medical devices, Digital health, Healthcare technology (HealthTech), Connected devices (IoT), Software as a Service (SaaS), Telecommunications or communications technology, Healthcare IT
- Product Marketing or Product Management
- Experience launching new products or digital solutions
- Experience working with connected medical devices, remote monitoring, cloud-based platforms, software products, mobile applications, AI-enabled solutions, or digital ecosystems
- Experience collaborating with engineering, software development, data analytics, or technology teams
- Annual Travel Percentage: 30%
