Job Summary
Senior Product Manager leads strategy and execution for Carrier Electronics residential and light commercial controls and accessories. Define product vision and roadmap, align stakeholders to business objectives, and drive cross-functional execution across Carrier business units, shared services, and product teams. Serve as embedded controls SME, guiding equipment engineering and manufacturing to enable flawless integration and product launches. Gather customer needs through VOC and market insights to shape roadmap and requirements; lead forecasts, pricing, margins, and business cases with financial projections. Evaluate third-party technologies for make/buy/partner decisions; prioritize initiatives, track development, and lead launches with positioning, pricing, and launch readiness. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in product/project/engineering roles, with 25% travel; Master’s degree preferred.
