Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own the Homepage and User Account experience for LoopNet, leading AI-powered enhancements and translating generative AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. You will own end-to-end homepage and account surfaces, define the product vision for conversational AI, collaborate with design, engineering, and data science, improve account creation and personalization, drive adoption of AI features, and establish governance for AI-driven interactions. The role requires partnering with marketing, sales, and customer support to align with broader goals, and is based in Arlington, VA in-office Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
- Experience building or shipping products that incorporate conversational AI, generative AI, machine learning, or natural language interfaces
- Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, customer support)
- Experience with homepage, account, onboarding, personalization, or other high-traffic consumer-facing surfaces
- Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development
- Commitment to prior employers
