Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product roadmap with a defensible vision, lead the design and development of the offboarding product (checklists, W-2 workflows, post-departure experience), architect segmentation/engagement for the alumni platform, drive buildout of the self-serve product, and evolve product operations from Gdrive-based tracking to a scalable process. You will engage at the executive level, present strategy, and collaborate with channel integrations (including ADP). Potentially manage one direct report as the most senior PM. Requirements include 5+ years in product management (HR tech), experience as a founding/early-stage PM, strong prioritization and communication skills, data-driven decision making, startup-ready mindset, and proficiency with tools like Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, Claude, and AWS.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in HR tech
- Founding or early-stage PM experience
- Strong product vision and prioritization skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly data-driven and KPI-focused
- Autonomous, organized, adaptable, startup-friendly
- Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, Claude, AWS
