Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, People Solutions to reimagine workforce management capabilities for defense tech; owns end-to-end product strategy and 12–18 month roadmaps, drives buy/build decisions, conducts stakeholder discovery with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT; translates labor/compliance requirements into user-friendly interfaces, partners with Engineering to define requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensures audit readiness and data quality while enabling scalable, compliant People systems. Focus on timekeeping, workforce management processes, AI-powered analytics, and balancing commercial software with custom-built solutions to support regulatory requirements in a high-growth defense environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management, program management, or related experience
- Proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize roadmaps in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000 to 20,000+ employees)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations functions
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort with analytics tools to inform decision-making
- Experience using AI-powered analytics and design tools to rapidly prototype and test solutions
- Experience collaborating with multiple functions to ensure solutions meet user and compliance needs
