Job Summary
Own the Client Communications roadmap end to end, translating company strategy and user needs into prioritized initiatives that drive growth and scale. Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Operations, defining Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria. Produce user journey diagrams, wireframes, and process flows for client onboarding touchpoints while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Service leaders to align initiatives with business goals. Develop KPI dashboards to monitor performance and manage backlog in Jira to ensure sprint readiness. Shape an early-stage product area from concept through maturity, communicating progress and tradeoffs to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Track record of owning a product area from early/emerging stage through maturity
- Demonstrated ability to master detailed, precise, and complex product landscapes
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or other high-accuracy environments
- Strong track record of translating business goals and client needs into clear, actionable requirements and a coherent product roadmap
- Proven success partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to ship high-impact features
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Linear, Jira Software and Jira Product Discovery
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to build and interpret KPI dashboards to guide roadmap priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly convey progress, risk, and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience shaping or maturing an early-stage product area
- Building foundational processes, documentation, and roadmap clarity where none previously existed
