Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager to own the evaluation product roadmap for HackerRank's enterprise evaluation system. Define what constitutes a good evaluation (rubrics, scoring dimensions, bias safeguards, consistency checks) and partner with ML engineers and AI researchers to translate methodology into shipped product. Regularly engage with enterprise customers to ensure the product serves both large and smaller customers, and build feedback loops to capture disagreements with scores and surface signals to the ML team. Define and own metrics that demonstrate actual improvements in evaluation quality beyond shipping features. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of product experience in B2B/enterprise contexts, comfort discussing metrics with technical stakeholders, fluency in navigating ambiguity, and the ability to communicate with precision. Bonus points for experience in assessment, ed-tech, talent tech, or ML-powered scoring/ranking systems and a track record of defining new product categories.
