Senior Product Manager GTM – Racks (Hyperscale & OEM)

Job Summary
Own the go-to-market and portfolio evolution for Vertiv’s rack solutions targeting hyperscale and OEM customers. Drive growth by translating customer requirements into differentiated rack platforms, shaping product strategy, and collaborating with product management, engineering, manufacturing, and sales to win at scale. Define rack architectures and features, enable sales with clear messaging on differentiators, and stay informed on market trends such as AI, high-density computing, and liquid cooling. Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and sales to deliver scalable, customer-centric rack solutions and influence roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales within data center infrastructure, with direct exposure to racks, enclosures, or integrated IT systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with hyperscale and/or OEM customers on complex, programmatic business.
- Strong ability to translate customer requirements into product strategy and executable roadmaps.
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
- Executive-level communication skills, with confidence engaging technical stakeholders and senior customer leadership.
