Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Growth - Web & E-commerce leads end-to-end strategy for the customer-facing web platform, transforming discovery, lead capture, quoting, and re-ordering into self-service experiences. Own how the web experience captures customer intent and identity with forms, profiling, event instrumentation, consent and privacy controls, and lead scoring signals so high-fidelity data flows into marketing automation, CRM, and the broader stack. Lead design and delivery of new web experiences with design and engineering partners, shipping releases that drive acquisition and existing customer expansion. Build the connective tissue between web and downstream systems, shaping lead routing, attribution, and data flow into the demand funnel. Turn data into product judgment using qualitative research and web analytics to validate ideas and improve conversion. Act as the central alignment force between engineering and commercial leadership, translating business objectives into clear requirements and managing stakeholder change. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 5 years of product management experience, and 3 years of experience shipping customer-facing web products with lead capture and marketing automation integrations.
