Job Summary
Senior Product Manager — Growth at Nivoda leads the metrics across the funnel from acquisition through conversion and early retention, shipping experiments and features with engineers and designers to improve growth and retention. You will define and execute a roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term improvements, leverage data, customer insights, and qualitative feedback to identify high-leverage opportunities, and use AI tools to accelerate work. The role is part of a growth pod with a high-visibility seat at the table, reporting to the VP of Product, and involves collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to reduce friction and drive outcomes. The team is co-located in Boston with some flexibility, and there is an emphasis on shipping fast, building dashboards, running structured experiments, and storytelling with data for executives and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrable track record of driving growth or conversion metrics at a B2B or marketplace company
- Strong bias for action — you default to doing, not deliberating. You ship, learn, and iterate.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — you can distill complex data into a clear narrative and align stakeholders at every level.
- Proven ability to collaborate at speed with engineering and design teams
- Deep comfort with data: proficient in SQL or equivalent, confident building dashboards, and able to design and evaluate A/B experiments
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work — research, spec writing, analysis, or feature ideation
- High energy for new problems — you're energized by ambiguity
- Strong ownership mentality — you treat metrics like they're your own business
