Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and drive acquisition and retention product surfaces, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver AI-powered tools for fast shipping and measurable growth. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, prioritising initiatives with data-driven impact, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting product visions and success metrics, running experiments, enhancing omni-channel journeys, and communicating with bias for action. Requirements include proven PM experience in eCommerce/retail, hands-on experience across acquisition and/or retention tools, comfort owning third-party SaaS systems, AI-native mindset, customer-centric design-thinking, and strong leadership; degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
