Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for owning one of Gridsight’s core product squads focused on real-time machine-to-machine grid constraint management and DER control capabilities. Lead end-to-end product roadmap, drive productisation of core capabilities for scalable deployment across utilities in Australia and the US, and serve as the product face in customer engagements (pre-sales, implementation workshops, and co-development sessions). Define and own implementation frameworks for deployment, configuration, and validation, and harmonise priorities across Australian and US utilities. Collaborate closely with an engineering team to decompose complex capabilities into well-sequenced work and manage a two-market portfolio with aligned platform approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or a closely adjacent role
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, technical B2B products – end-to-end
- Experience leading technical customer workshops and managing co-development engagements with external organisations
- Strong technical literacy – able to engage deeply with engineering discussions, ask the right questions and make sound product trade-offs
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up where structure needs to be created, not inherited
