Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to drive development of GridCARE's AI-powered product suite. Own end-to-end product areas from discovery through prototyping, delivery, and iteration, collaborating with engineering to build and ship product-native AI agents. Lead multiple workstreams with autonomous ownership, define success metrics and OKRs, and engage external partners (utilities, hyperscalers, data centers) while shaping roadmaps and ensuring go-to-market alignment. Hybrid role based in Redwood City, CA, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote; compensation $170k–$210k plus bonus and equity.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building AI agents
- Personally built AI agents (coding, wiring tools and models, or prototyping)
- Prototyping alongside engineering and shipping working software
- Fluent use of AI tools across workflow (research, specs, prototyping, analysis)
- Program management of multiple concurrent workstreams (at least three projects)
- Excellent communication with external partners (engineering, leadership, customers/partners)
- Ability to work with little guidance in a fast-moving startup
- 5+ years of product management experience (roadmapping, prioritization, requirements ownership)
