Job Summary
Build deep customer understanding by partnering with commercial teams to conduct user research and data analysis. Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics to track progress effectively. Work across design, engineering, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmap while prioritizing initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach. Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback. Establish yourself as the go-to expert for the product area by building credibility through ownership and results. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to distill complex ideas into clear insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that adhere to industry standards and scale effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product
- Experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams
- Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs
- Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization
- Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment
- Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting
