Senior Product Manager

Job Summary
Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an assigned SaaS domain, partnering with the Director of Product to align domain goals with company-wide objectives. Translate customer and market insight into compelling business cases, identifying new opportunities within the SaaS and DaaS landscape. Lead a cross-functional team including UX Design and Engineering through the full product development lifecycle, managing the backlog of epics and user stories while serving as the primary point of accountability for hand-offs. Collaborate with internal partners to drive end-to-end execution, conduct customer interviews to synthesize feedback, and monitor key product metrics to inform iteration. Mentor junior product team members and contribute to best practices, hiring, and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- experience owning a product domain end-to-end
- a demonstrated track record of defining and launching multiple successful products or features that drove measurable business impact
- strong systems thinking

- a data-driven approach to decision-making
- experience with user research

Desired Qualifications
- Experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Communications, or a related field
- Have experience in political, advocacy, nonprofit, or campaign-related technology
