Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for North America Grain & Protein responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the product portfolio, driving a strategic vision and roadmap to fuel growth. Leads cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, sales) to translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable product specifications, governs the development funnel using the NPIP process, and oversees product launches from concept through obsolescence. Requires 8+ years of PM experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel overnight. Hybrid in-office arrangement based in Assumption, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Comfortable working hands-on in the field or with customers
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering results on time and within scope
