Senior Product Manager - Global Sponsor Bank Enablement

Job Summary
Contribute to the product strategy for Form3's global sponsor bank proposition and own the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities. Design reusable engagement and onboarding models to support expansion across multiple jurisdictions while translating complex regulatory and payment scheme requirements into scalable product features. Build trusted relationships with sponsor banks and infrastructure providers, analyzing domestic and international payment flows to identify innovation opportunities. Partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to support market assessments, commercial business cases, and strategic expansion initiatives. Define KPIs to measure proposition success and champion sponsor banking as a strategic capability across the Product organisation. Represent Form3 through customer engagement and industry events where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Product Management experience within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure or FinTech
- Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems, including clearing, settlement, sponsor banking, liquidity management and payment schemes
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Product Management, including product strategy, roadmap ownership and product definition
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting partnership models or business cases
- Ability to simplify complex payment and regulatory concepts into clear product direction
- Experience working collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
