Senior Product Manager - Giving Experiences

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Giving Experiences leading donor-centric product efforts on a mission-driven fintech platform. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, partnering with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship intuitive donor experiences. Leverage AI to enhance campaign discovery, giving methods, recurring donations, and impact reporting; define KPIs/OKRs and use analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis) to drive donor acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. Lead go-to-market alignment, champion the donor voice in product decisions, and mentor a culture of experimentation, empathy, and product excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing products, ideally in tech-enabled platforms, fintech, crowdfunding, or mission-driven services
- Proven app experience with adoption by millions and strong daily active users
- Muslim donor empathy and product intuition; ability to translate insights into scalable experiences
- Leveraging AI to accelerate product development and effectiveness
- Growth and retention focus; experience driving user growth, funnels, personalization, and re-engagement
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, marketing, and data teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Looker); knowledge of A/B testing and funnel optimization a plus
- Fluency in UX and UI; ability to simplify complex user flows
- Clear, concise communication of strategy, rationale, and results
- Bias toward action; ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
