Job Summary
Senior Product Manager within the Commercial Deposit Account Services team, focusing on GICs and Deposit Services (ABM, Wallet Deposits, Currency Supply, and Debit Cards). Supports the Group Product Manager in achieving business objectives, managing partner relationships across the bank, and delivering product management initiatives from development to implementation to optimize profitability, efficiency, growth, and client experience. Responsible for ongoing product management support, competitive market analysis, roadmap development, and process improvements. Acts as a focal point for product and market information, provides SME support during sales cycles, develops business cases and product collateral, and contributes to strategic planning, annual business plans, and program delivery. Emphasizes collaboration, client onboarding, data-driven decision making, and delivering enhanced client experiences; values teamwork, trust, and accountability. The role may discuss work arrangement details (onsite/remote) during interviews. Location: Toronto, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Deposit Products, with preferred experience in managing GICs and Deposit Services including ABM, Wallet Deposits, Currency Supply and Debit Cards and an understanding of client and product onboarding processes.
