Job Summary
Drive changes in routing, navigation, and meeting experience for drivers and passengers while partnering with Design and Research to create intuitive, accessible user flows. Design and execute high-frequency A/B tests to interpret real-world behavior behind data, aligning complex cross-team roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders. Manage dependencies, evaluate risks, and make data-backed decisions across multiple concurrent experiments. This role sits at the intersection of user experience and backend logic for GeoWay's routing and ETA prediction services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management within high-volume Mapping, Ride-hailing or Delivery business
- English (B2/C1+)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong UX/UI Instincts: Deep understanding of UX. Ability to critically evaluate design layouts from a conversion perspective
- Technical Literacy & Architecture awareness: Base-level understanding of product architecture and client-backend interaction
- High-Velocity A/B Testing & Statistics: Proven experience managing a continuous pipeline of concurrent experiments and conducting post-analysis
- Stakeholder & XFN Management: Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, align XFN teams, handle risk evaluation, and say 'no' backed by data
