Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for internationalization of Fundraise Up’s product, taking successful implementations in the US and replicating them in UK/Europe; own end-to-end launches, coordinate regulatory, legal, payment, and localization requirements across markets; act as central coordinator across legal, finance, product, and GTM; work with Product Owners to execute delivery and unblock as needed; communicate progress, risks, and learnings to leadership; use AI meaningfully to improve operations and problem-solving; drive market selection, scope adaptations (local compliance, payment methods, language/UX localization), and post-launch outcomes; obligation to deliver through cross-functional alignment and multi-market execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience with product localization/internationalization or multi-market expansion
- Strong delivery mindset: able to meet commitments and address alignment gaps
- Experience collaborating with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS)
- Fluent English (C1+) and Russian
