Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Geo-data Digitalization responsible for shaping and delivering workflow applications and data pipelines that connect planning, data acquisition, processing and customer delivery. Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to global adoption and scale, align with domain experts, operations, sales and engineering, design scalable target workflows and data pipelines, validate concepts before major investments, and lead adoption of AI-enabled digital products across regions with clear rollout plans. Responsibilities include mapping global workflows, removing fragmentation and bottlenecks, coordinating with third-party vendors and internal platform teams, and driving continuous discovery to identify automation opportunities while delivering measurable business value and enhanced customer experience. Prior experience in geotechnical data delivery and data flows is a strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in senior product roles
- experience in product management for integrated digital products, workflow applications or data-intensive platforms
- ability to define business value and manage value vs cost over time
- lead products through full lifecycle from ideation to adoption
- stakeholder management and organizational change experience
- understanding of geotechnical investigations and data flows (advantage)
