Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product ecosystem across patient-facing applications, AI-driven automation, and data-heavy system integrations. Lead architecture of the product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected healthcare workflows, translate complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable specifications, and partner with Design and Engineering to build scalable integrations. Focus areas include AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and patient outcomes, deep work with EHR data and interoperability challenges, and delivering fast, rigorous product outcomes in a high-growth startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment
- strong healthcare technology background with direct experience in clinical or operational healthcare systems
- hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and exposure to products at the intersection of EHRs, clinical systems, data, and AI
