Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of Flexport's platform for global logistics. Define and deliver features that improve key workflows for clients or internal operators, own the product area end-to-end from problem discovery through launch and iteration, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to translate complex logistics workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. Use data to guide prioritization, develop analytics frameworks to track product health and business outcomes, and contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy. Must have 6+ years of product management experience, strong analytical and quantitative skills with SQL proficiency, a track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense domains, and demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience or other domain-relevant experience
- SQL proficiency
- experience shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains
- experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology is a plus
