Job Summary
Champion the user by gathering feedback through VOC research, usability testing, and translating needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Drive Agile excellence by supporting sprint planning, defining goals, and delivering features on time. Refine the product roadmap by prioritizing the backlog in alignment with user needs and business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, design, and support teams to ensure strong launches. Monitor product performance, gather insights, and recommend enhancements backed by data. Keep stakeholders aligned through regular updates that foster clarity and build confidence in the product vision.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field
- 5+ years in software product management, product ownership, or as a business analyst or product analyst
- Experience with software product development and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
