Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Visa's Flex and Installments products, responsible for end-to-end product strategy and execution, translating complex problem spaces into clear decisions, authoring requirements and user stories, and partnering with Architecture/Engineering to balance innovation with platform quality. Leads cross-functional collaboration with issuers, acquirers, processors, fintechs, and merchants; leverages AI to improve product delivery; maintains a globally aligned roadmap while adapting to regional variations. This hybrid role requires at least some days in the Foster City, CA office as directed by the Hiring Manager, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Knowledge of consumer payments, digital wallets, tokens or other financial services or banking products
- Strong experience with solution architecture for payment platforms, including payment rails, gateways, partner integrations, and APIs
- Experience using AI to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of product delivery
- Experience leading cross functional processes within large, global, matrixed organizations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving products from concept to scale
- Experience operating in regulated environments, with strong attention to risk, controls, and operational rigor
- Proven ability to manage and execute a prioritized product backlog in a fast-paced environment
