Job Summary
Drive product development from conception to launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal. Oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact. Create detailed product requirement documents, design specifications, and implementation plans while championing a user-centric approach that balances user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management. Act as a key decision-maker in defining scalable and reliable solutions, perform user acceptance testing, and analyze product performance data to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
- Experience in shipping and iterating on software or financial products
- Expertise in navigating complex environments and transforming challenges into scalable solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of Crypto Custody and Wallet management
- A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions
- Strong ownership with a focus on getting things done autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions and improve products
- The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain is preferred
