Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead Ledgy's equity reporting and analytics capabilities. Focus on automating complex financial processes across Financial, Compliance, and Operational reporting with IFRS 2, FRS 102, ASC 718 coverage. Drive roadmap, define requirements, and oversee delivery in an agile, cross-functional environment with Design, Engineering, and stakeholders. Will contribute to the vision and strategy of the reporting and analytics pillar, collaborate with leadership and Product Marketing, and help scale the platform for enterprise-scale customers. The role emphasizes understanding the equity management market, translating customer needs into robust reporting solutions, partnering with engineers and domain experts, and shaping product best practices for impactful business outcomes. The job is a great fit for someone who has senior-level product management experience in fintech/accounting software, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering customer-facing products in a fast-growing B2B SaaS context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years experience in Product Management
- Experience building and scaling reporting, analytics, or accounting products
- Experience with automation and user experience in B2B SaaS
- Understanding of financial systems, data analytics, reporting platforms, and/or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/SOC 2, IFRS)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with C-level executives at fast-growing companies
- Strong accountability and solution-focused mindset
