Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for payment and liquidity solutions serving banks, credit unions, and FinTech entities. Translate complex financial institution requirements—including regulatory, operational, and technology considerations—into scalable product capabilities while conducting market research and client analysis to inform roadmap priorities. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to deliver integrated solutions, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure all initiatives meet strict regulatory and risk standards. Mentor team members and navigate shifting priorities within a highly regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management, product development, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Financial Institutions (e.g., banks, credit unions, fintechs, broker-dealers, asset managers)
- Treasury Management experience, including payments, liquidity, or digital product delivery
- Familiarity with financial ecosystem infrastructure (e.g., clearing, settlement, correspondent banking, embedded finance)
- Experience working in Agile, platform-based, or product operating models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, client feedback, and market insights
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance client needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly collaborative, adaptive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to operate effectively in complex environments
