Job Summary
Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime (Fraud Prevention) to lead the design and execution of best-in-class fraud controls across transactional, document, and behavioural fraud, in fintech/payments environments. You will conduct research on emerging fraud trends and attacker methodologies, translate findings into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmaps, own fraud controls across onboarding, authentication, and payment journeys (fiat, crypto, cards), and work closely with Operations, Compliance, Engineering, Data, Security, and vendor partners. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, collaboration across geographies, and delivering scalable fraud solutions while aligning with regulatory requirements. The position reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product and is based in London with a Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years developing Anti-Fraud products
- Domain expertise in card fraud or transfer/payment fraud
- Experience managing AI products (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field (nice to have)
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management (nice to have)
- Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution (nice to have)
- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, payments, regulated financial services (required)
