Job Summary
Co-lead a cross-functional team with an Engineering Manager, jointly owning its direction, delivery, and impact. Own the strategy and roadmap for your product suite, balancing user needs, technical realities, and business goals. Spend time with first responders to understand their workflows and where technology makes the biggest difference. Turn complex, safety-critical problems into clear product decisions with a high bar for quality and reliability. Requires 4+ years in product management, technical depth in architecture, and fluency with AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management, owning complex, technical products end to end
- A track record of shipping products users adopted and relied on
- Technical depth — you hold your own with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, and enjoy it
- A collaborative leadership style — you're energized by partnering closely with an Engineering Manager and a team
- Excellent communication in English
- Fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work
