Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Software & ERP Systems)

Own the ERP platform as product owner: define vision, strategy, and roadmaps to scale our enterprise software. Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations to identify pain points, translate them into actionable development work for engineering, and drive high-ROI initiatives. Architect scalable solutions with long-term value, present to a diverse user community, and partner with engineers to contribute to the codebase using modern AI tooling. Apply strong project management discipline to plan delivery, track progress, and remove blockers. Analyze feature adoption and business impact post-launch, driving data-driven optimizations. Lead awareness, adoption, and organizational change around platform capabilities. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years as a software product manager with experience in ERP/MES/PLM/MRP/WMS/QMS, and familiarity with AI coding tools and relevant frameworks. Location: Hawthorne, CA, onsite five days a week.
