Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Data Governance

Job Summary

Define and execute the long-term strategy and roadmap for Enterprise and Data Governance, owning the product strategy for customer data lifecycle management including retention, migration, auditing, export, and deletion. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Support, and GTM teams to deliver governance capabilities that enable safe, transparent, and compliant AI at scale. Build policy controls and administrative capabilities to reduce operational burden while driving strategic investments that improve the reliability and scalability of critical infrastructure. Partner with Security and Compliance to translate emerging regulations into platform capabilities, defining measurable business outcomes across enterprise trust and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management
  • deep expertise in identity/authentication systems
  • deep expertise in security
  • deep expertise in regulatory compliance
  • deep expertise in B2B enterprise platform solutions
  • comfortable modeling complex data relationships
  • comfortable managing integration complexity
  • comfortable translating technical protocols into clear, holistic UX flows
  • Experienced in owning strategy for problem spaces that require coordination across multiple teams
  • Experienced in evaluating competing investment options
  • Experienced in anticipating market shifts or security threats ahead of results
  • Proven ability to build durable alignment across teams by navigating disagreement
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts
  • Proven ability to lead executive-facing reviews and discussions
  • Skilled at orchestrating delivery across multiple teams
  • Skilled at thoughtfully sequencing platform initiatives
  • Skilled at prioritizing high-craft MVPs
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
  • willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
  • This role is based in our Vancouver office
  • The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays
  • Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner
