Job Summary
Senior Product Manager/Product Lead responsible for end-to-end development of internal digital platforms, driving vision, strategy, and execution across lifecycle stages from discovery to adoption. Works with executive leadership, distributed engineering teams (Pakistan and the US), architects, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-enabled products. Focus on translating business problems into scalable product opportunities, defining requirements and roadmaps, prioritizing with data and business value, and delivering high-quality, innovative product solutions across distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management within software/product organizations
- Experience building and scaling products through full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of software engineering, system design, APIs, architecture concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent critical thinking and structured problem solving
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with executive leadership and global teams
- Ability to lead discussions with technical teams and business leaders
- Product ownership mindset and independent execution
- Experience managing ambiguity and strategic product decisions
- Ability to influence teams beyond authority
- Understanding of product metrics, prioritization, and roadmaps
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise apps, platform products, or scalable digital ecosystems
- Understanding AI fundamentals and AI-enabled product concepts
- Experience collaborating with engineering on AI-powered workflows
- Familiarity with LLMs, automation, NLP, AI-assisted UX
