Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an assigned product portfolio in a hybrid environment. Lead AI-native product initiatives across discovery, prototyping, analysis, narrative creation, and delivery, leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes. Drive customer discovery, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define problems worth solving and measure portfolio success through outcome-based metrics. Collaborate with executives on pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions, and communicate strategy and results to stakeholders. The role requires on-site collaboration through September 30, 2026 at the Decatur, TX headquarters, relocation to the Dallas–Fort Worth area thereafter (Westlake, TX) with a hybrid schedule (remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays). Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience); 5+ years in product management; strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills; experience in Agile environments and BPM across cross-functional teams.
