Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Energy (Berlin/Hamburg/Munich) responsible for defining the global product vision and strategy for Heartbeat AI’s energy offering, standardizing and scaling tariff logic, billing, and market communication, collaborating with engineering, operations, trading, and partner teams to deliver customer value across international markets.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management within the energy retail, trading, or metering domain, ideally across multiple European markets
- Proven track record in building or scaling energy retail products or systems, including dynamic tariffs, billing, market communication processes or trading integrations
- Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into scalable and compliant energy propositions
- Deep understanding of energy market structures, regulatory frameworks, and market operations (e.g., communication standards, settlement processes, and balancing)
- Familiarity with energy market systems, metering infrastructure, energy data management, and trading or billing platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to align stakeholders across diverse contexts
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate product performance, market economics, and operational KPIs
- Proactive, hands-on, and motivated by building scalable global energy solutions
- English and German language proficiency
