Job Summary
Define global product vision and strategy for energy retail, managing dynamic tariffs, billing, and market communication processes across international markets. Standardize operational setups and partner integrations to ensure seamless compliance while analyzing regulatory frameworks and trading mechanisms to drive profitable growth. Collaborate with engineering, trading, and commercial teams to align stakeholders on technical implementations and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency. Support product operations by identifying process improvements that scale the energy proposition globally.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management within the energy retail, trading, or metering domain
- Experience across multiple European markets
- Proven track record in building or scaling energy retail products or systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into scalable and compliant energy propositions
- Deep understanding of energy market structures, regulatory frameworks, and market operations
- Awareness of emerging business models around flexibility, dynamic pricing, and digital energy services
- Familiarity with energy market systems, metering infrastructure, energy data management, and trading or billing platforms
- Experience in working with engineering and data teams to implement technical integrations and automation within the retail energy value chain
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
