Job Summary
Own Garner's external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal. Drive development of invoicing and eligibility systems to manage $XXXm in ARR with precision and resiliency. Lead internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable cross-team analytics on membership and revenue. Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases, such as broker-facing performance insights and provider analytics data warehouses. Based in the Financial District, NYC, requiring 3 days in-office per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end
- Strong systems thinking and detail orientation
- Strong technical background
- experience owning financial or data systems at scale
- Superb written and verbal communication
- ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders
- Deep AI fluency
- using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows
- willingness to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
