Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Ratings & Reviews (R&R) leading roadmap and execution for a data-driven SaaS product used by retailers and brands. Responsibilities include shaping vision based on customer needs and market dynamics, driving product discovery with brands and retailers, translating ideas into requirements for design and engineering, monitoring AI-driven features, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership. Must own success metrics, define strategy, and deliver iterative, high-quality solutions. Required: 3+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS), strong AI/tool experience, autonomous and mature, global mindset, agile/datas-driven approach, technical fluency to discuss architectures, and excellent English communication. Bonus points for experience in ratings/reviews/UGC, retail media networks, and enterprise buying cycles.
