Job Summary
Drive the development, execution, and communication of the product portfolio roadmap, managing new product development from Gate 0 through Gate 7. Own strategic initiatives including portfolio optimization, regional pricing analysis, and competitor assessments to align with enterprise objectives. Lead financial and market investigations such as margin and gross profit evaluations while supporting the Emerson planning process submissions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies across TOV and CBL SBUs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management, strategic initiatives, or a related function
- Strong analytical capability with experience in market analysis, pricing, and financial evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across complex, cross-functional environments
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role of business development
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA or equivalent through experience
- Solid understanding of valve industry products and applications
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments
- Exposure to global business operations or collaboration with international teams
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy
- Understanding of enterprise planning processes and business strategy development
- Ability to leverage data and digital tools to support decision-making
