Job Summary
Own and continuously improve the eCommerce purchasing experience across the portfolio by driving enhancements to product configuration, cart, checkout, and payment flows. Identify friction points to define solutions that improve conversion, while defining the roadmap that translates business goals and customer feedback into clear requirements. Build business cases, user stories, and success metrics to guide prioritization, leading conversion rate optimization through A/B testing and checkout funnel experimentation. Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to uncover abandonment trends, partnering with engineering and QA to improve platform performance and reliability. Collaborate with operations teams to support product launches, pricing updates, and promotional rollouts, tracking key metrics to communicate insights to leadership. This remote role within a PE-backed company of 20+ brands offers flexible hours and a strong emphasis on teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of product management experience
- at least 3 years managing eCommerce products or customer-facing digital experiences
- Proven track record optimizing purchasing experiences, especially configuration, cart, checkout, and payment flows
- Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, etc.
- Experience partnering with UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building business cases and prioritizing initiatives based on customer and business impact
- This is a remote role
