Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end digital experience on jcrew.com, defining and delivering the product roadmap across core site experiences — from browse and discovery through checkout and post-purchase. You will work at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business performance, partnering closely with engineering, UX, analytics, merchandising, and marketing to build a best-in-class eCommerce experience for one of America's most iconic fashion brands. Drive conversion through CRO, personalization initiatives, data instrumentation, and rigorous experimentation; write clear product requirements and manage agile delivery including sprint planning and release coordination; communicate progress and learnings to senior leadership with a data-driven lens.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of product management experience
- at least 3 years in eCommerce or DTC digital products
- proven track record of owning and shipping high-impact features
- deep familiarity with ecommerce fundamentals (conversion funnels, site search, checkout, post-purchase experience)
- strong data instincts and comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Looker or similar)
- experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- understanding of front-end and back-end ecommerce architecture
- experience with personalization platforms, recommendation engines, or CDP tooling (a strong plus)
