Senior Product Manager Dupixent

Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of Dupixent brand strategy, brand plans, and marketing tactics across Taiwan. Develop innovative HCP marketing, disease education, and promotional initiatives through digital and non-digital channels while driving an omnichannel strategy for a differentiated customer experience. Partner with Sales to translate brand strategy into effective POA and field execution, and manage external agencies and key stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within budget. Collaborate with global and regional teams to represent local market needs, leverage market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, and contribute to budget management and business performance tracking. Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi policies and relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical Sales & Marketing or Product / Brand Management experience
- preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Strong experience in brand strategy, HCP marketing and commercial execution
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan pharmaceutical / HCP environment
- Experience working with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and global stakeholders
- Strong English and Chinese communication and presentation skills
- Strategic and commercial thinking
