Senior Product Manager, Domestic and Emerging Payments

Senior Product Manager for HSBC's Domestic & Emerging Payments portfolio within GPS Australia (CIB) responsible for end-to-end product strategy, P&L and commercialisation. Own portfolio pricing, forecasts, and investment governance; define roadmap aligned to client, regulatory and platform needs; translate initiatives into delivery-ready requirements (epics/features) and release plans; lead end-to-end commercialisation with Sales, Implementation and Service; own Austraclear (Corporate) proposition and ensure robust risk/controls. Drive alliances and manage vendors, with focus on domestic payments processing, clearing/settlement, operations and client channels; demonstrate expertise in payments (domestic and emerging solutions) and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across diverse groups; ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
