Job Summary
Senior Product Manager at Diligent leads the roadmap for a core part of the GRC SaaS platform, partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams to turn customer problems and market insights into simple, impactful product experiences. You’ll own the product backlog, define success metrics, lead a cross-functional squad, and launch features that drive engagement and measurable outcomes for customers across the Diligent Platform. You’ll guide discovery, validate problems and solutions, translate insights into user stories and requirements, and influence senior stakeholders to align on strategy and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Product Manager building and shipping SaaS products
- Strong hands-on experience with agile cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with metrics and experimentation
