Job Summary
Own and continuously refine the product roadmap for governance, risk and compliance SaaS while shaping how senior leaders and boards collaborate and decide. Define product strategy aligned with Diligent’s vision, translate customer problems and market insights into clear user stories and requirements, and lead an agile cross-functional squad (engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, customer success) to design, build and launch high-quality features. Set goals and KPIs, track engagement, and iterate based on data and customer feedback. Drive discovery, validate problems and solutions, and ensure measurable outcomes across the Diligent Platform; require strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Product Manager building and shipping SaaS products
- Strong hands-on experience in agile, cross-functional product teams, including backlog management and writing user stories
- Comfortable leading customer discovery and validation conversations, turning qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in metrics, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning to set goals, measure impact and debug product issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences
- Bias for action and ownership: willingness to roll up sleeves, make trade-offs and drive a project from problem definition through launch and iteration
